Welcome to Hyperlytix. By accessing our software integration and API tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Marketplace Policies
By connecting your marketplace account to Hyperlytix, you agree that you are the authorized owner of the account. You also agree to remain fully compliant with all marketplace Terms of Service and API License Agreements.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hyperlytix exclusively for managing your own seller catalog, mapping taxonomy, and preparing legitimate inventory listings. Any attempt to abuse the API connections, bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer our integrations, or use our tools for unauthorized data extraction is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3. API Authorization & Revocation
You grant Hyperlytix permission to access your marketplace account via OAuth tokens. You may revoke this access at any time through your marketplace security settings. Upon revocation, Hyperlytix will cease all API calls on your behalf and initiate our data deletion protocols.
4. Limitation of Liability
Hyperlytix provides inventory drafting and market valuation insights "as is". We are not responsible for any financial losses, suspended listings, or account actions taken by a marketplace based on the data provided through our software.
